Alexander, a 13-year-old boy, was involved in a tragic accident but miraculously survived with the help of Good Samaritans, first responders, and the medical staff at Westchester Medical Center. After undergoing numerous surgeries and spending three months in the ICU, Alex is now in a rehabilitation facility, where he is focusing on building strength and improving mobility. He will require additional surgeries in the future as part of his ongoing recovery.
Alex has always been passionate about sports and enjoys spending time with his friends and family. Since 8, he has been actively involved in Little League and the Star Baseball Academy. Over the years, he achieved significant success, playing for the All-Stars team three years in a row and making it into the state tournament twice. In addition to baseball, Alex played CYO basketball, demonstrating his love for sports and commitment to staying active.
